Refund Policy

Limitation on liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY MEDICO BIO ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”, AND MEDICO BIO HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF CONDITION, QUALITY, DURABILITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, CONDITIONS, AND UNDERTAKINGS ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

The Site may make available to user services or products provided by independent third parties. No warranty or representation is made with regard to such services or products. In no event shall Medico Bio or its affiliates be held liable for any such services or products. Medico will not be liable for any sort of mishaps done by the doctors/3rd party vendors providing services on our platform.

Medico Bio shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits

Payment for service

1. If you do not have health package coverage for Services, or if your coverage is denied, you acknowledge and agree that you shall be personally responsible for all incurred expenses. Medico Bio offers no guarantee that you shall receive any such reimbursement. Medico Bio reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time prior to billing you for your initial payment or for future payments due pursuant to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Any invoices, bills, receipts, records or any kind of documents related to transactions shall be provided or kept with Medico Bio by way of electronic documents format. Medico Bio shall not liable to provide the user or the member any documents other than as aforesaid,

Home Sample Collection

If a consumer wishes to reschedule or cancel an appointment for home sample collection, the consumer must do so at least 4 (Four) hours before the scheduled consultation time. In the event of cancellation, the consumer shall be privy to a full refund of the consultation fees, which shall be issued within 10(ten) working days. Medico Bio Limited will provide a suitable time for rescheduling after consulting with the consumer.

Refund Notes for Home pathology Test

1. Customer will get refund only if partner diagnostic is not available to collect sample at chosen schedule.
2. Any invoices, bills, receipts, records or any kind of documents related to transactions shall be provided or kept with Medico Bio by way of electronic documents format. Medico Bio shall not liable to provide the user or the member any documents other than as aforesaid,
3. Refund will available only before approved and status will be changed automatically.
4. For emergency situation one responsible person has to access to refund even after approve and change the status as refunded.
5. If we are unable to provide any service, the refund must be done within 10 working days.

Medicine Delivery

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND RETURN:

• Medicines delivered by Medico can only be eligible for return,
  1. if the medicine does not match the customer order/prescription or
  2. if the medicine is defective or physically damaged,
  3. if the expiry date of the medicine is over.
• After placing any order, a customer service representative of Medico shall contact with the customer to confirm the order or the customer will get confirmation through app notification. The customer can cancel the order within 10mins. If the customer have already made advance payment for the medicine, he/she will receive full refund for it.
• If any medicine is not delivered on time due to any force majeure , a customer can claim and receive full refund from Medico.
• For emergency situation one responsible person has to access to refund even after approve and change the status as refunded.
• If we are unable to provide any service, the refund must be done within 10 working days.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN

• To cancel and return any delivered medicine the customer has to hand over the medicine immediate to the delivery person. ( Change of mind is not applicable)

Doctor consultation (Market Place/Schedule call)

To reschedule or cancel a pre-scheduled telemedicine consultation, the consumer is required to reschedule or cancel the consultation a minimum of 4 (Four) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. In the event of cancellation, the consumer shall be privy to receive full amount of the consultation fees as refund and said refund will be dispensed within 10 (ten) working days. With regards to rescheduling, an appropriate time shall be set by Medico Bio Limited upon discourse with the consumer.

Failure to attend a pre-scheduled consultation without at least 4 (Four) hours’ notice of cancellation or reschedule prior to the set the consultation time shall disqualify the consumer from receiving refund and / or no reschedule shall be made with regards to that consultation.

Medico Bio Limited retains absolute discretion regarding issuance of full or partial refund and the nature and / or reason of cancellation shall be factored in. Any refund provided will be subject to a transaction / payment gateway charge which shall be deducted at the time of processing of the refund..

Medico Bio Limited acknowledges the occurrence of extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances that may render the consumer having to cancel a pre-scheduled consultation with less than 4 (Four) hours’ notice and therefore, in case of such extraordinary circumstances, Medico Bio Limited shall reserve the right to waive any consumer’s cancellation fee.

Provided any consumer fails to contact Medico Bio Limited or fails to access the Medico Bio Limited’s platform to receive their expected service due to any technical error on part of Medico Bio Limited, the consumer shall be contacted via phone call, text message or email by a representative of the customer service department and Medico Bio Limited shall resolve the issue within a reasonably practicable time.

Consumers shall receive their prescription through text message and email upon contacting Medico Bio Limited’s customer care or can download the same from Medico Bio Limited’s application / website if they fail to receive their prescription due to any technical error on part of Medico Bio Limited.

If a consumer wishes to cancel or reschedule a pre-scheduled doctor’s consultation, the consumer shall need to reschedule or cancel the consultation a minimum of 4 (Four) hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. The consumer shall be privy to receive full amount of the consultation fee as refund in the case of cancellation and the refund shall be paid out within 10(ten) working days. With regards to rescheduling, an appropriate time shall be set by Medico Bio Limited upon discourse with the consumer.

Consumers may choose to request the refund for a period of up to 10 (ten) working days but dispensation of full or partial refund shall be at the sole discretion of Medico Bio Limited.

All refunds will be subject to a transaction/payment gateway fee, which will be deducted while the refund is being processed.

Ambulance service

For ambulance services , after confirmation no refunds will be provided.

Home nursing service

Customer has to pay according to the deal. Example: If they come up with a deal for 30 days but avail the service for 20 days, then they will have to pay for full 30 days according to the initial deal.

PROCEDURE FOR REFUND

• Call on customer care number. i.e +8802222241866
• Email to the customer service including the following documents below:
  1. Screenshot of the order page
  2. Name of the verified account
  3. Verified phone number
  4. Payment channel.
  5. Order number.
• After confirmation of refund, he/she will be refunded using the same payment transaction channel that the customer used to make the payment within 7 working days.
